Default I need some advice on a B18C5 engine.

I currently have a 98 civc ex and planning an engine swap. I'm certain I want a b18c5 but I'm not sure where or what's the best place to buy one. Also should I just buy the head and the block and build the engine?(I'm planning on putting a turbo on it). Or should I just buy the engine and then build the internals?

dont buy a c5 for boost, make a ls/v or gsr, no need to buy a high comp motor just to tear apart, buy a cheaper motor and build that

I was thinking of just buying the block and building the engine from scratch.
