I have this really stupid question about Wiring for b18b in 97dx....
ok.... i am planning on getting a b18b1 sometime soon, and i am going to do the swap myself..... now, do i need to change any kinda of pinouts? or rewire anything? and also exactly how do u plug it right up anyways..
it comes with the p75 ecu, so what do i do? just take the wiring harness from the ls motor, and plug it into my ecu? and thats it? or do i have to splice the wires with existing harness???
Once again i know this a stupid question, i did a search and no luck... so if somebody can explain all of this too me in good detail that would be highly appreciated...thank u...

I did a b18c in my 97 dx. I think the only difference between our installations will be the lak of v-tec. you will have to do some wiring harness additions (knock sensor, v-tec if you plan to add it, and you'll have to change some of your dx plugs over to b-series plugs. if you have a fax number, I can send you my entire write-up on my installation, and the wiring I did. let me know . by the way, in the end, the new ecu will plug right into your stock harness. unless it's automatic
