The front caliper will fit with no modification. Though the rotors either have to be custom made or redrilled legend rotors with some spacers in the back of the rotor. The ITR rotors or prelude will fit, but slightly off center which is not a big deal as this is floating caliper. That being said, the ITR rotors are thinner than NSX rotors by at least 5mm. Since it is off center, the clearance from one side of the bracket is more than the other. When the rotors and pads wear down, you are running the risk of the pads shooting out of the caliper bracket.
Don't even think of putting the rear one. The NSX brakes was design for mid-engine car. There are much more rear biased than the front engine car likes. The rotors itself is almost equal size front to rear.

The rear brakes shouldn't be used not because they won't fit, but because they'll adversely affect braking performance (if what Andrie said is correct, I have no idea). Increased rear bias will make the rear tires lock up easily, and the car will have a greater tendency to oversteer.
As for the process, search for any brake how-to, it's just swapping calipers, maybe brackets, and rotors, right? Seems like it'd be easier to go with something more common if you don't really know what you're doing though. Also, NSX calipers might be overkill on a light car like an EG.
