i have a couple compression questions
Ok, i have a 91 CRX si with a B16A, the ecu is a PW0, so i believe that's a first gen B16A, correct? Now, what's my stock compression ratio? Stock bore? I ask because i heard that the first gen's had the lowest CR, and the cams were the gheyest too, but i don't really have any info to back it up.
I asked about the stock bore because when i put some new pistons in i want to keep the stock bore to reduce downtime because this is my only car. Also, to increase my CR to 11.0-11.5:1 (i'd be happy anywhere in that range), what pistons do i get? I've looked at some manufacturers' sites, but it's pretty confusing to me. I honestly don't have any preferance towards any company because i know nothing about any of them. If you guys want to let me know exactly what i need to do/get to get my desired CR that would be great.
Slightly OT: Does it matter what rods i get, or any B16 rod will do?
