hey guys im useing a moded civic dual core at radiator its half aluminum and half plastic. i dont know bought it off some guy like a year ago he sold it to me and he said it was all aluminum n e ways
i whent back to the same guys bitched them out
and asked them how much for a real dual core all aluminum
they told me $145.00 installed
but since i just got a swap
do i need something better like a del sol vtec one cause thats the one every bodys mensioning in there posts.

let me know soon im buying it this weekend

i don't understand what you mean by "moded" but a Del Sol DOHC would do nicely with your car. Some people suggest that getting an all alumnium radiator would be a waste of money unless you have some sort of huge power plant under that hood. BTW your car rocks...paint job is awesome.

Go there and pick up a Koyo Del Sol dohc radiator...cheap and real good.

i have a del sol dualcore in my 92 w/b18b swap. its nice. 141 shipped for it from radiators.com. ordered it one day around 2pm and had it the next day before noon from houston, and i live in NM. nice radiator, its the koyo one too.

you dont need a different radiator.. The stock one does just fine. The engine is the perfect temp all the time.. it warms up fast then stays at below half. Just don't run it hard on really hot days.

well i went this weekend to get my radiator i told the guy i wanted adel sol dualcore all aluminum he said he could get it installed or 120 but id have to wait till thrus day cause he didnt have it in stock so another week of waiting till i get it will see what happends.

That is what I used. The oem single core rad. was experiencing some core rot so instead of buying a new replacement...why not a new larger capacity one? Really the traditional (non aluminum alloy) rads. will do fine for street driving and some race use. I'd only move to an aluminum ally rad. if my car was spending more time on the track than the street.

Del Sol dual core is all you will ever need.

BTW. That paint job is awesome, is it original or was it re-painted?
