Default i blew my h22 should i buy this?

i blew my h22
then i saw this on sale . theguy lives like 2blocks away from me.
its a red top h22. he wants 500 for it. im gonna go with my installer to chekc it out.

here is what he wrote.

for a H22A MOTOR taken out of a 1994 jdm honda accord SIR. I bought this engine, a complete swap off a dealer on ebay from Japan. It had 52,100 kilometers as shown on the cluster that i have in another auction. i went to some piece of crap mechanic to install it and he did a poor job. I don't know what he did but i know this motor runs strong. The only problem that i noticed with the motor was that it was leaking oil and un-burnt gas from the header. I don't know what the problem was but i asked a few people they said it could have been a piston ring or even a valve. I didn't have the funds to fix the problem so i had to put the f22b1 back in my accord. So now im selling the complete longblock. It comes with everything in the picture. ONLY LOCAL PICK UP IN NYC. If you have any questions email me. I am open to all offers. THERE IS NO SHIPPING FOR THIS ITEM ONLY PICK UP.

so let me know what i should do!!

i still have my h22 so i need ot know if i could use parts off it if needed, it spun bearings. but the head should be good hopefully

So you're going to go from a blown H22 to another blown H22?

Wtf are you asking us, because you already know what we're going to say.

It seems like a reasonable offer...but remember one thing. Going after someone else's problem may not be what you really want. It may be more than he has lead to be. It's 50/50 when it comes to dealing with a "blown" motor.
