Hybrid Turbo Questions

Hybrid Turbo Questions
Alright, got a few ideas and questions that I would like some opinions on.
First off, the car is an EF (1989) Civic Hatchback. It has a cable JDM B16A.
Has anyone used the ESP traction bar for this set up or heard anything about it? It's square and offers a front bracket for the cable trans. Which is pretty awesome. I wanted to know if anyone has used the bracket or seen it's effects.
Next, radiators. I stumbled upon a really awesome tucked sirocco (Or something like that, a VW) radiator that you can tuck into the front section of an EF civic. Anyone see any flaws with this?

While not the best write up, it's one of the many.
For the B16A, does anyone have opinions on the turbo. The couple I'm looking at include:
I'm thinking the Garrett T3/T4 Hybrid 50 trim or the Super 60 to be the best turbo. Aiming for 250-300 HP depending on the turbo. Initial goal was 250 whp, which is really what I want on my first set up like this.
On with the list, since this is the hybrid thread. Anyone have any luck with factory OEM mistubishi BOVs? I've read mixed things about OEM BOVs. One, they recirculate the air. Which isn't bad. Just have to be factored in. And then some people say they leak boost, which is kind of hard to imagine since most things from the factory have a good track record.
Just thought I'd throw some thoughts out there on the hybrid forum. It's a scattered thread, I know. But I'm doing a 'budget' build if you will. If $2,500 is budget, which I think it is.
