Hybrid Fuel Pump?
I am running a b16a from a 2000 si in my 97 ek hatch. I want to know if there would be a significant difference if I switched to a gsr fuel pump or some other fuel pump. I have heard that in 92-95 hatches you don't need to swa fuel pumps cause the sohc and dohc pumps were the same, but they went to a smaller fuel pump in the sohc in 96. I have a gsr pump istting in my closet, but haven't had the ambition to swap it until recently, after I ran my car at the track and could not make any mph and I think this may be the cause. Anyone with experience on this issue?

Yo man, the GSR fuel pump will definately help u out a little bit uptop, which is why your car is searching for MPH.. If you have a spare one laying around, i suggest you get to work and change it out, u will not see a huge difference under normal driving conditions, but u will notice it will feel a little rejuivinated uptop at the track or on the highway, good luck......ps, u remember that thing called gas mileage, U may notice a slight difference in that also, but its all for the better....
