Default Hybrid distributor Question

well the damn thing died on me again.
I replaced the battery and Checked the spark plugs.
I have replaced two sets since yestarday.
Battery was dead earlier.
The motor cranks over and floods with gas. but there is no spark. I took off a plug and tried to crank it but the popping sound wasnt there...
Managed to jump the bastard.
I made it to advance auto
the volts on my RSM read 16.0 all the way there with my lights and fan on.
The battery was bad so it got replaced under warrnty.
Put the brand new battery in and the damn POS wouldnt start again. I replaced the distro cap and rotor ( the old rotor was loose and wiggly and the old distro cap was shredded to bits internally).
DAMN THING STILL WOULDNT start arrggg. Its cranks over but dosent fire. I took off the rotor and looked at the ICM and they couldnt test it. NOW the question is.

What year / engine distributor to I need for a

B18A1 block(bored to 20) with an ITR head (CRVTEC baby) and obd1 (obviuosly)
I wouldnt want the LS distributor (nonvtec) so would I want the ITR one? I am prolly going to try junkyard fishing.
a new dizzy runs 238 bucks with core. and a new ICM costs 212. I may as well get a junkyard dizzy for a few dollars :D and slap my new cap / rotor on it.

another thing. on the way to advance I tried to play with the car a little but when I hit WOT the bitch bogged down on me and wouldnt go like an air leak or rev limit or something. I checked all fittings and everything is peachy... it just dun like vtec or WOT right now.... could that be the dizzy malfunctioning??

apprec the help.
