well i dont know if thius is the right thing to do but it worked for me. i drilled a little hole aout a quarter of an inch into the top of each scew the used an ez out to unscerw the scews. pretty much it doesnt matter how as long as u get it out. ur going to have to replace the screws anyways.

I've heard of people using a dremel to put a slot in the top, then a screwdriver will get them out easy enough.
