Default how to: obd2b engine/harness/distributor is obd1 integra chassis

well i put my 2000 swap into my 94 integra and the setup was this:
obd2b gsr engine harness
obd2b distributor
obd1 chipped p28
obd1 integra chassis

problem was i was not getting a signal for the tachometer, after looking through all the manuals and checking obd1 engine harness's and obd2 harness i realized their isnt the wire in the engine harness that leads to the driver side chassis plug that goes to the tachometer

how to fix: where the blue where comes out of distributor and goes into on the plug the other side is not connected to anything, so i ran a wire from the drivers side plug to the distributor and wala i have a working tachometer, im sure there is an easier way but this is how i fixed my car

just looked at an obd2a engine harness and it has the blue tach wire, so this thread must pertain to only obd2 engine harness's
