How much oil in ZC?

How much oil do I put in my 88 Honda CRX With a ZC motor? What kind is good for it?

DOHC ZC - 3.5Liter
i'm using Castrol RS Formula 10w60

3.9 quarts according to the shop manual but just put in 4 quarts. I use 5w-30 regular "dino" oil in my motor but you can use any 5w-30 or 10w-30 regular or synthetic oil in your zc.
