I'd do it for $500, and i'd pull your old motor out for you also. Depends on which model you have, and which year though. Would take 1-2 days to complete max. In socal also.

I do this for a living right now, so it would be a side job.

Hell maybe i'd do it cheaper.

most places charge around 1000-1500 for labor, depending on your Year, model and if there's AC or PWR steering, and if mounts are needed not. I think usually 1000 is reasonable. Anything less.... I would be questioning the quality of work. Get referrences and referals before you go anywhere. Take a look under the hood of those that have done swaps at these shops. $500 sounds like a great deal... get a list of past customers and take a look at his work. OR you could go the expensive route and have the
transplant done by the Dr. Charles at Atomic Performance.

I work for Prospeed-performance. So i know what i am doing. Without the other things(i.e. A/C, Power Steering) it will be a sinch. If you have any doubts check out my websites in my sig. All of my cars the civic and teg were built by me(full swaps and performance upgrade installations). I helped build Prospeeds race Integra also. I do this for a living, so you dont need to worry about the quality of work. I even do H22A swaps if you still have any doubts(more money charged of course).

I have all the tools from hoist to power tools, so it wont take long. My AIM screen name is GZR4DR if you want to contact me. Or email me and i will give you my phone number.

I am in Huntington Beach CA, and the shop is in Westminster. I have worked on Kraze's car from this board and a few others. Hit me up.

Chris

ps. I have a couple of friends cars you can check out if you have any doubts. This will be done at my house, thats why its cheaper. Would cost more if done at a shop.
