How much $$$ for an LS/VTEC swap?
Does anyone know what the average price of an LS/VTEC swap is? I know some places would do it for dirt cheap, but I'm just looking for an average. Thanks.

Try the search function. There is no average cost. It's either all or nothing really for it to be something worthwhile. However there are ways to cut costs which will give you something inferior

If you already have a b18a/b, buy a b16 long block and do the lsvtec plus the block girdle. If you don't, it's a toss up whether it's still cheaper to do the ls/vtec vs b18c. Depends on what kind of deal you can get on a b18a/b short block. There are a few posts with actually cost break downs. I done a few and am to lazy to type it all again. Sorry.
I know you didn't ask for it, but my humble advice is to get a helms, buy some tools and do all the labor yourself. You can do this. My first auto work was building my ls/vtec-t and I've taken it to 8500 at 9 lbs many times. I'm at 15k since the rebuild and she's still running well.
