I did my own, with the help of some friends.... wasn't too bad...if we woulda tackled the project from the right way initally, it wouldn't hvae taken as long as it did for me he he heh,, which was a while...

It's the little **** that makes the swap seem longer than it really is. I had to run to the Honda dealership on 2-3 occasions because of missing/broken bolts and stuff.

Did my own swap. Never had a motor out the car until then. Was pretty easy now that I have done it

my best bet was to buy 2 motors. both same thigns. borrow money from your good friend to do this. then swap parts from the 2 motors to make 1 good one. then sell the other motor again and give that moeny back to your freind

I'm in the middle of my swap, we got my stock motor out of my car as well as the B18A out of my donor car and started getting the motor into my car yesterday. We were very short on time so of course all kinds of stuff went wrong.

Did my own with the help of a few friends and my dad... Took about 3 - 5 hours to get the engine out of the civic and drop my gsr engine in and get it all bolted down and get most of the stuff hooked up.. we then wired and did some other minor stuff in about 30 mins another day. Its a very painless swap.. my first and wont be my last!

i'm finishing mine right now.... i have a timeing cover rattle that i have to fix tomarrow... have to do the parts waiting thing again... ohh well it runs pretty well though... taken about a month though waiting for parts and finding out that i needed some stuff that i didn't think i would need.

i did mine by myself.....the biggest job i ever done before that was fitting lowering springs......just do a little bit here an there and eventually it starts taking shape.

all you need is a few tools and h-t for when u get stuck
