Default How do you change an auto OBD2 P75 ecu to a manual?

I've heard that you can change the resistor # RP18 from 2.4kohm to 1.4kohm but I'm not sure. Can someone confirm if this is true or not?

The reason I ask is because I keep throwing code 70, which is the auto problem code.

<I tried to search, but the damn search function wouldn't check for ecu, ls, or P75 )
