How do I know if its a H22A?
When I bought my 1990 Acura Integra LS, I noticed that it is eceptionally fast compared to most cars I drove. When I looked under the hood about a month ago, I saw that the engine was marked H22A. I was told that is a 200 hp Prelude engine. I need to know how can I tell? Is there a particular marking within eyes view on the engine that would state whether it really is a H22A?

If you saw that it was marked with the h22a ?? why u asking where to look?? im confused

Didn't you check the motor before you bought it??
And what the heck is with this 1/8th mile crap...at least when I talk about my WRX I say, "Oh yeah, it's ok...it runs 12.60 with bolt ons..."

Do you have any pics? Look for the Engine stamp too. That is down under the Upper Rad hose, under Timming inspection plate, to the left of the header. if you have pics the post them

Canuck...The closest track to me right now is Irwindale 1/8th mile. I haven't had the chance to run it at a 1/4 mile track. When I do...then the times will change

Cool...just not used to that 1/8th mile stuff here in Canada...all the tracks I have been to are full 1/4's...when you do run it let me know how you do.
