How come I can't find the 3030 or 4040 numbers on my prop valve?!?!

How come I can't find the 3030 or 4040 numbers on my prop valve?!?!
I just bought a prop valve from a 99-00 civic si, and I cant find these numbers printed anywhere on the valve?? So confused, there is no numbers on my stock civic one either? whats going on? this is the valve that all the brake lines go into right?
