Default Honda Civic EX 2000 into a Honda Del Sol 94' (NEED HELP)

im swaping out my Del Sol motor. (D15B8) and dropping a Honda civic EX 2000 (D16Y8) and so far it bolts right in. and the only problems im having is the wire harnsts in the manifold and some in the Distriburator... and im not sure if i should use the P2P manifold wich comes from the Honda Civic EX 2000 or use the P06 manifold that comes from the Honda Del Sol S 1994. if there is any one out there tha could help me out.
