Default Hom many B16 hybrid's have the JDM 4-1 DC Header?

Just wondering how many of you have this header on their 5th gen hatch. The only down side of this header I hear is it hangs way too low and get's dinged up all the time. Is this true for most of you?

I think the way the larger pipes come 4 to 1 under the car makes it sit lower and bottom out. I have the non-jdm DC 4-1 and it doesn't have a scratch on it.
