HMO. 00 jdm b18c spec-r
I was talking to steve about my swap. He sent me a 00 jdm itr. Very low miles looks great. I was going to have the clutch changed and he said not to change the flywheel because its very light. Has anyone got the info on that? How much does the flywheel weight? Is it the same as the usdm?? Should I put a clutch masters?

12 lbs...ITR is a good flywheel, you can always go lighter though if funds permit.
I like 7lb flywheels...the new ACT Prolite is like 8.6lb Chromoly, and its only 200.
