Default Help! Took dizzy off and can't put it back on because...

I forgot to look at which way the rotor was pointing when i took it off. I was still only on a half cup of coffee when i took it off so hammerhead on me

Obviously, it can only go on 2 ways, one being right and one being wrong. How can I tell which way to have the rotor face when i re-install it? This is on my jdm h22a, I took the dizzy off because i am not getting spark and I need to possibly replace cap/rotor/ignitor/coil.

on most hondas, the distributor can only go on one way. set you car to top dead center. then rotate the rotor so its pointing to the No.1 cyl. Then slide the dist. on it give it a go.
