Icon2 HELP PLZ: 99 GSR into 99 Civic EX

Whoever can answer these questions and attest to them, this will greatly clear up ALOT of information on doing this particular swap in this one thread.

I'm lost. I've done a 98 b18b into my 94EX, that was literrally a PnP piece of cake using an obd1 LS ecu . Now I have a 99EX and a 99GSR. I have the complete swap(from wrecked 99 GSR) w/ air intake arm. As far as mounts I have a complete set of 99+ SI mounts. I haven't had a chance to look at the ECU but its the ECU that came with the car etc...
I don't want any hack/splice jobs b/c I'm not too fond on wiring.

My questions are:
-Should I use a 99+ SI EWH? The GSR harness is on there.
-What to do about my dizzy between my 99EX and the 99GSR motor?
-Skunk2 GSR intake mani or Stock GSR mani (how do I wire IAB??)?
-I will need to look at my ECU to confirm, but some sites say 99 GSR is obd2B and some say obd2A, I thought this was gonna be PnP(or did it have to do with which quarter the car was produced in)??!?
-O2 sensor, should I order an extension from PasswordJDM??
-2.5" exhaust or 3" for my future plans??!? I'm missing an exhaust mani, do a b16 or LS header fit?

Am I missing anything, or once all of this is covered the car is ready to go??

Thanks in advance, I've read the FAQ thread up and down even before the update with the 14+pages, I'm just lost and confused now and still dont understand wat wiring or the necessary stuff i need.
I DO WANNA STAY obd2b.

Default

use your stock engine harness

ill go with obd1 so you can tune it you can buy a obd2b to obd1 conversion harness and chip from here phearable.net

remove the iab or buy a jg manifold if your going turbo

2.5" exhaust will be just fine unless your going turbo

all 99 tegs are obd2a

you might have change the dizzy plug to the big obd2 plug

if you gonna stay all-motor get the o2 extension or if your going turbo disable the o2 sensor and run a wideband

you cant use a b16 header on a b18 cuz its to short the ls header will fit
