So I've had my h22 in my integra for about a month now and this problem has been getting worse. It won't rev above 6500 rpms, the engine will abruptly cut out, then vtec won't engage in the next gear, but will engage in the gear after that. Also, the idle is really jumpy and low, when warm, the engine will idle at about 750 for about a couple seconds, then drop down to 0 and try to stall and die, then I give it some gas and it goes back up to about 1k rpm but then drop down to about 0 again, it's like it wants to die, and it's becoming annoying to drive. I'm wondering if it sounds like it's running lean? And also, it feels as if my top end power sucks, even thouh I can only rev to about 6000 now, when I'm on the highway, if I shift into 4th and try to accelerate up to 100, I can do it faster by staying in 5th, it seams like I got lotsa torque but no top end power. Hope this makes sense to somone. Thanks for any help that anyone can give!

Edit: no cel's... cept EGR, oil level fine, p13 ecu, grounds are good, changed spark plugs and ignition coil so far... stock fuel pump and everything else stock cept for COI and headers.

I'd try running a chipped p28 and see how it runs.. if no change occurs, consult a doctor. lol
