HELP!!!!!! Do i really need shift linkge for b16 j-spec swap
i am doing a swap on my hatchback and i am wondering if i really need to buy the shift linkage or if i can fabicate my old one to make it work.

I think he is talking about the swap into the ed(88-91 civic/crx)
Well to answer your question you can cut and weld your linkage to fit. I personally just spent the extra cash and bought one but it can be done if you can weld or know someone that has the tools.

you can modify your existing linkage, or you can buy the intended linkage for around $100.
