HELP! CEL CODE 15 give me some opinions
Ok heres the deal its a 93 obd1 coupe, stock motor just thrown in, wire harness is a stock obd1 harness. Looks kinda crappy though, here it goes.
-Checked the coil and ignitor...Good
-Checked the ground(S)...Good
another wierd thing...THE CAR RUNS AFTER I DISCONECT THE BATTERY AND RESTART THE CAR, when it runs then i try to restart without disconecting the battery it wont fire. Im thinking it might be the harness itself becuase the IAC stays on while the car is shut off. ANY HELP PLEASE?

got dang no one knows huh?> oh well i guess gotta figure it out, the iac valve stays on when the car is shut off at 12volts, i thought that was interesting, pretty sure thats where its comming from.
