Which Helms manual for b20vtec?
1) 95 Delsol
2) 96-00 Civic
3) 94-01 Integra
4) 97-00 CRV + 95 Delsol (ouch, $120 in manuals)
5) 97-00 CRV + 96-00 Civic (ouch, $120 in manuals)
Or is there another one? What do you other b20vtecer's have?

Re: Which Helms manual for b20vtec? (KAMiN)
I am sorry, I forgot to mention that is a 1st gen b16 head. Now having said this, if I use the integra manual, will torque specs and necessary clearances be the same for the b16 head and gsr head, and will they be the same for the b20 block and b18 block. What I mean is will there be any vital differences between the b18 and the components of my setup, or are the differences small enough not to worry about, or am I just thinking too much?

Get a 1998 Integra manual. It comes with B18B, B18C1, and B18C5 info. This book is all you need.
The B20 block info is nearly identical to the B18B with the exception of the bore info.
To answer your question...the torque specs are the same.
