Default head milling on a mini-me?

With a block from a 91 civic (1.5L) and a head from a D16z and no other internal mods, can you mill the head 0.030" with out any pistons hitting the valves?
Any idea what the compression would be?
Im putting new pistons in any way but should I leave them stock or put in high compression pistons. And would the high compression pistons be a problem with the head milled 0.030"?

Any help for a newbe?
