head internals swap between series? *have searched*
i wanted to know what internals you could swap. like what internals from a oem head would best help me out using a b18b head? thanks

i have a stock b18b head. i was wondering if any other head internals from a oem motor would fit in my head and would help?

None that i know of. B18a/b and B20's all pretty much share the same cams and valvetrain.
If you are planning on staying with the non vtec head. You may want to look into the cam and valvetrain offerings of companies such as Crower.
