HCP EK H22 tranny mount?
Okay so I have been pieceing everything together in preperation for the swap and noticed that the HCP tranny mount appears to not quite work. Do I have to remove a stud and re-tap 2 holes and stud them to make it work? anyone with experience with this that could give some advice would greatly help me out. Thanks.

If it's the same as the EG, you need to cut about one inch of the rear leg of the tranny mount and redrill the hole for the bolt to slide through.

Well, I dont think I need to do any Chassis modifications since it is an EJ8 (97 EX), my main question is about the mount that actually mounts to the transmission. When I try to put the mount on the tranny, (assuming I am putting it in the right spot) there appears to be a stud in the wrong spot and the other 2 holes that it looks like it should bolt up to are not threaded. I am mainly looking to see if I need to remove a stud and tap the other two holes and stud them? Has anyone else run into this?

Spoink, it sounds like either you are using an accord tranny, or maybe an H22 trans that was installed into an accord previous. Anyway, I had the same "problem" when installing my F22 into my hatch. You need to pull all the studs out and use the bolts that are supplied with the kit, and you need to tap two additional holes.

Supplied Bolts? I have the 3 standard mounts and the crossbar mount, but no bolts. Was this kit supposed to come with bolts? I was planning on hitting up the local nut and bolt shop to pick the misc stuff up. I am starting with a rolling chassis that has no motor or mounts included which also, unfortunately means that I have no mount bolts either.

I used a hasport mount kit and it came with all the bolts for attaching the two side mounts to the motor, and the rear mount to the subframe. The bolts for attaching the brackets to the frame were reused stock bolts. If you don't have any of the stock bolts, I would order them from http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com or another dealer instead of going to a hardware store, that way you know they are the correct grade bolt, and correct size/thread pitch.
