Default hasport tranny conversion problems....HELP

Car: 95 civic VX
Motor: 92 b18a1
Tranny: 93 LS

We have the swap pretty much complete. The problem I am having is, we used the hasport mount kit for the tranny and converted the cable trans to a hydro, but now the clutch pedal wont come back up after you push it to the floor. We bleed the clutch lines but still no worky. Anyone have and experiance with that tranny conversion kit from hasport that has had problems.

I have done this. Here is what you need to do:

The positioning of the clutch slave cyl. prevents proper bleeding. You need to remove the clutch slave cyl., turn it around so the bleeder screw is on TOP, and bleed the system again. You will need a C clamp to hold the slave cyl. piston while bleeding. It is a PITA, but it will fix your problem. Trust me, I've experienced the same thing . . .

Might I suggest another solution. Bleed the slave cylinder at the line instead of the bleeder fitting. This way you shouldn't have to unbolt the slave.

How would you do that? Removing the line from the slave cyl will introduce air into the system, thus negating the entire action . . .

Confused~

You pump the clutch pedal a couple of times and hold it down. The person at the slave breaks open the line nut breifly and retitghtens it.

At first bubbles come from around the nut until you have done it a couple of times. Depending on the amount of air in the system, wvwntually the the bubbling stops and only fluid oozes out. It works well.

Interesting. OK I can visualize that. Might I suggest putting it in the installation instructions ;-).
