Default hasport cable to hydro conversion, do i need a clutch master?

Like the title says, when coverting to hydro from cable, using hasports kit, do i need to install a master cylinder into my crx?

They have 2 versions. One of them does require a master cylinder but it mounts to a bracket in the engine compartment, not to the pedal aseembly. The other is a purely mechanical linkage setup.
