Has anyone done the ITR swap into a civic?? If so have any pics?
I kno everyone would probably love to do a swap like the b18C5, but has anyone actually managed to drop a JDM ITR engine into a mid model civic? I kno the large problem is the axles, (JDM ITR 36mm to 32mm USDM hub) whatd you do to get around this? looking forward to seeing your cars!!!

Man an ITR ina civic man I bet that would be nifty oh man ur talking about hauling *** oh man i bet everyone on here has dreamed of puting a b18c5 in there civic but the unrealness of it is to much of a realilty there is no way that motor will go in to a liilte ol civic

We're honda boys if honda made it then we've swapped it in to a honda chassise and made it run some of us have even tried to but them in non honda chassises and made them run

haha thanks guys, i have searched, like i said, until i came across boosthead, i hadnt seen a picture or heard much of it, i saw stuff on a del sol, and teggys, but no pics and info on the actual swap being done with the civic.

yeah ive done a gsr swap, but i was looking for feedback from someone who has done the ITR swap, if its worth it, problems they ran into, **** like that, first hand experience kinda, but thanks for the feedback guys!

i did the swap earlier in the yr, JDM ITR motor swap.. sorry i dont have a pic of the engine block code, so your gonna have to take my word for it..
and yes, this car hauled some major ***!! it was a real fun car to drive...

yea, i sold it middle of this yr. that was a coupe.. i ended up getting a hatch with another JDM ITR motor swap.. havn't got pics of it yet.. If you look around, you'll see alot of people sporting civic with ITRs.. just have to look hard..

for those who have a jdm itr in their 5th gen civics, are u still using your OB1 or are you using OB2. if using OB1, did you have to get a new distributor and alternator to work with your OB1?
