Default Harness RE-pinning

Wondering if anyone has any visuals on how to properly remove a pin from the ecu harness plugs to put it in another spot. Cant seem to get the white part to pop up at all so im wondering if there is some special way of doing this and if anyone has any pics of the process.

Default Re: (scarlemthug)

I used a pair of small needle nose plyers to very gently pull the white part out.
