Half man half machine! Well almost OBD0&OBD1 mixup
I have a D15b2 engined civic which is dual point fuel injection. The wiring loom at the ECU end is definitely OBD0 if I go by the look of the block connectors and wiki also says it is OBD0 fuel controlled. So I have put on an OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness so I can start sorting out the harness for putting in the H22 engine (running off P13 ECU).
So I decided to connect everything up whilst the engine is out and do an end to end test on some of the sensor connectors and I found I am getting EGR mixed up with TPS, and IACV mixed up with EACV (i.e. I goto the EGR OBD1 pinout on the ECU and buzz it through to the TPS sensor on the D15 core loom!?!) Its not looking good so far and I was hoping to do alot of the work this week.
I have a couple of questions 1) is IACV just an updated OBD0 version of EACV? and 2)Should it be as simple as converting the dual point harness to multi point and then following the normal wiring guide for mating the D15 and H22 core looms together, lengthening wires etc?
Someone in the UK has said I have no alternative other than to change out my entire under dash loom. I have to hand D15b2, D15z1 and H22a core looms plus d15z1 under dash loom. Im beginning to think its easier to knock up a whole new loom, surely theres a way round this? or am I just complicating the issue?
Cheers

Re: Half man half machine! Well almost OBD0&OBD1 mixup
im in the same boat as you at the moment.
i also have an lsi and the wiring seems to be a good bit different. 2 wires need to be swopped around on the civic harness for the tps. im also a bit confused with the egr.
dont think the lsi had one. the iacv is a direct plug in as far as i know.
