H2b ek h23a injectors And wiring question
i have a question guys. i almost got all my stuff for h2b. h23a motor b16 trans with itr lsd. my question is does the h23a injectors need a resistor box? and as far as wiring, what all needs to be done? ill be buying a obd2a vtec 5 speed harness. i know the alt wires need to be lengthened, and the injector clips changed. any wiring need to be changed with the dizzy? thanks for any help

They should be saturated 290cc, no resistor box needed. If you want different injectors in an H23A, you have 3options: S2k injectors (direct swap), replacing the fuel rail studs with H22/F22 manifold studs (and a shim), or swapping to an H22 lower manifold.
The dizzy will need a different plug, and the RPM lead fed from the bare terminal on the ignitor. Or you can use an OBD1 h22 dizzy and swap plugs. You'll need to lengthen the IAT wire, add a wire for IAB's (or lengthen the purge solenoid wire and have your EMS use that), add a vtec pressure switch if using a stock h22 ECU, and move the wires for the d16y8's oil pump sensors to the dizzy. DO NOT CUT those wires, they have special shielding and will cause all sorts of problems if you cut & solder them. You may also have to lengthen the oil light wire.
There will be a few other minor things, but that's about it. I do recommend using a 90-93 F22 fuel rail that has the inlet banjo fitting on the passenger side.
BTW I have a write-up on how to change the H23A dizzy to make it like an internal coil obd1 dizzy here, halfway down the page:

Awesome thanks a lot. So as far as the dizzy, I can use a jdm h22a obd1 dizzy and just switch the plug and it will be all set? And do you know anyone who makes a swap harness for this?

My bad and no need for a harness just sit down and follow the wires and switch it from one plug to the other . It's very easy and just add the rpm wire I took pics of when I did it if you want them

There's no plug-n-play harness because that distributor is missing the wire completely. If you don't add the wire, you get absolutely no tach feed - that's the only spot the obd1 ecu gets the engine speed from.
It's simple to depin, just google "depin honda connector" and snap the pins into the bigger obd1 plug. You will have to solder on the 2-pin connector's wires, one is the tach wire so really it could just be a single wire to solder.
My DIY's last pic shows the 2 obd1 plugs, only one was soldered while the rest were just de/re-pinned.
