H23 swap, car chokes power after 3k rpm
So I got a H23 dohc vtec swap here.
I got it up and running, the car isn't throwing an codes at all
just the air bags. I went for a test drive and it was fantastic until it
felt like the power just cut off and didn't wanna go until it reset the rpm to 1k.
after that it didn't want to go past 3k rpms..
it was cruising fine if i keep it under 3k, then it wouldn't wanna go more then 2.5k.. I am using the stock Si fuel pump and wondering if i would need the stalk one from the engines original donor or a aftermarket one like the walbro 255.
any input on what the problem could be?
I have the 99-00 honda civic Si
with the 99 H23 with a M2B4 LSD.
Thanks for the help!

I believe it is a p28..
The car was originally in the si,
Then it went into a Ek 96 hatch,
Then abruptly when back into the si.

The firing order is fine, the dizzy too..
Checked my spark plugs and they where corroded.
cleaned that sucker up and also cleaned my Iavc which was pretty
dirty! its running much better, the idle is now stable. it's still bogging though..
I did check and i seem to be leaking some fuel, so im hoping its just not enough fuel pressure... what do you guys think?

What ecu are you using that might be your problem also the crank sensor is different on the dizzy. You might have to switch the a14 iacv wire for the obd2b h23a ecu but thats if you have that ecu.
