i have a 1994 Civic Coupe Si.
i can get a pretty good deal on a h23 motor. so i was wondering how much do i gotta beef up my suspension....and is my cornering gonna totally gonna be the *****.. and can i keep my power steering.
my plan is to swap it in and boost about 8psi.
anyone have any info on this swap please let me know

No, you're handling will not be all screwed.
For best handling, I would get custom spring rates from Ground Control, or get Integra Skunk2 coil overs for the civic, and you'll handle just fine.
and with modification, you may keep power steering. Contact Jeff652 for information on that.
As for 8 psi on H23, that is gonna nice
As for mounting the H23 and such, you will need any other part for mounting H or F series.
As for wiring into your car, only thing you will need to wire up is knock sensor.
pretty easy swap. good luck.
