You might want to look into the H to B adaptor kits that are supposedly now available on the EF forum. These kits allow you to use a B-series transmission on an H-series motor. For $275, you get the plate and a flywheel spacer. You then bolt the H-motor/B-transmission into your car with a conventional B-series Hasport kit. This would be the way to go because (1) you are spared from having to cut and weld mounts, (2) you don't have to worry about shifter cables, (3) you don't have to worry about axles, and (4) the setup is lighter, since much of the extra weight of an H-series swap is tied up in the very heavy H-series transmission.

The biggest clearence is the shift linkage arm on the trans will hit the trans mount bracket when you shift into first gear,so that has to be moved. Then you have to clearance the chassis for the crank pulley and on the other side for the trans and you'll need custom traction bars. You can put it in with out doing all of that if its a drag only car because you have to position the motor so low to make it fit that its not to steetable.
