H22A4 Flywheel ques
New to board, awesome forums guys
Quick question, are all the bolts (of the 8) for the OEM flywheel right hand loosening, Im havin a beotch of a time removing the final one. Ive searched everywhere and cant find an answer. Note: This is my first H22 into civic sawp, will an edelbrock intake manifold fit in a 92-95? I've seen that the clearance is mean tight. Any thoughts? Skunk2 a better choice? Thanks |
Re: H22A4 Flywheel ques (SmittyLude)
the only manifold that will easily fit is the stock one. the euro r manifold requires that you move the brake prop valve to clear that iac.
as for the flywheel bolts, they are normal threads.. righty tighty, lefty loosey https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif |

I think you are thinking of shunk2, not EuroR. Euro-R has better clearance than shunk2. |
Re: H22A4 Flywheel ques (turbogixxer)
euro r wont fit.... we put one in my buddies 94 coupe.. iac wouldnt fit at all..
|
ill verify that as well i have a auro-r in my civic as well and the iacv will not fit without moving the prop valve, thats why i blocked it off and put it on the firewall for now.

mine is an EH2 (it sure didnt come iwth a b16a or else id never have swapped it), and using hasport AND hcp mounts it wont fit with an iacv on there.
