Default H22A2 Tranny on a H22A engine

Does anyone know of any problems i am going to run across when i put a H22A engine onto a H22A2 (UK Spec) engine? What about with me using the UK P13 ( i dont think there are any differances though). Let me know what you guys think.

There shouldn't be a problem with the tranny. The P13 from the UK is less likely to pass smog in the states that have it.
