Default h22a1 wont rev past 6k

Did my swap, h22a1 from a 95 prelude into my 93 civic si. will hit vtec, but overall just lacks power. i eliminated as many cels as i could. i am down to one, the EACV. I eliminated the wiring and the cel for that only comes on once the engine warms up, or if you start trying to drive without fully letting the engine warm. when you get into it, it seems like the powerband just goes to 6k. i also eliminated the external coil by adding a msd sci 6300 and blaster coil ss. any ideas?

i cancelled out my egr, made a block off plate, and never had it plugged it. not running a code for it. only a code for the eacv

okay, well it hit vtec hard today and got pretty quick. pulled all the way to redline. it only does this after the engine has reached full operating temperature. i think the eacv is to blame. that and i bumped fuel pressure 5 psi
