h22a1 engine and harness into a 5th generation Civic?
I always see people modify their Civic harness, which I can do if necessary.
My question is: To make it easier, can I just use the prelude harness on the prelude engine and plug that into my Civic at the shock tower?

I looked at the harness and it looks like instead of plugging in on both sides, it only plugs in on the passenger side. It looks like by rerouting some wires to the driver's side, it could work.

why re-invent the wheel? you know what works and what is recommended. it has been tried and the easiest way is to use the civic harness if your using a jdm harness. im not sure if it would be better or not using a usdm harness from a prelude or not. im guessing it still wouldn't be easier since the chassis is different. i would use the harness designed for the chassis the engine is going into. not the engine going into a diff chassis.
