hi, i recently bought an h22a swapped eg hatch and the past few days, it only revs up to 2k rpm then it hits like a slow rev limiter. but only until it warms up. once it warms up, it runs and goes just fine. i was told it has a chipped p28. the car also has a solid CEL thats always on and sometimes the car idles so low it dies out. my guess was a tps sensor for the low idle, but could that also cause the 2k rev limit until its warm too? any input would be greatly appreciated since i plan on having this be my dd very soon. thanks!
