Default H22a into Teg questions

Alright, I did a search and all...

I know there are understeer problems with the civic, and that one hybrid page recommends against this swap even into the integra, but this is why I am asking the question...

Is there a way to combat the understeer so that the handling is not really sacraficed much? I mean, after fully building up the suspension and all, would the effects be somewhat dampened? And then could weight balancing be done? By this I mean that maybe something from the front end could be moved to the back (maybe the AC or something)...or if a guy is an audio fanatic, he will keep his amps and subs in the trunk, would that help maybe (and lighten the engine at the same time with lighter parts?) ?

I was just wondering...And please, no one mention that it would not be worth it and all that junk...I already know (the mounts are different, the motor sits the opposite way too...it costs a lot...blah)... I just want to know if it can really be done and still be very maneuverable like maybe a built up teg is...(with the B18cX of course)...

And then say you increased displacement even further...maybe to 2.5L ...and then turbo after that...any new problems besides the fact that the AC might not fit in the front? (Can it be relocated to the back somewhere...new ducting and all? It seems feasible if one had the funds...and I'm far from poor..)

Thanks for any help guys...

some people say there is understeer and some people say there is understeer..either way i think there will be understeer. I know that u can get the full sawp for 3400 from jdmhondparts.com right now. Who cares about understeer when ur going realy fast, except when u have to turn after going realy fast and crash into a wall. Read up on it more and take into decision how much u like handling. Also preludes have shitty trans

So a tranny developed to handle 190-200+hp and 150+lbs of torque is shittier than a tranny that was developed with 170hp/115lbs in mind? Shitty lies in the eye of the chump that trashes their tranny.

Anyways, there will be understeer. Get stiffer front springs, some GOOD struts w/adjustability, and BIG BRAKES. :D
