Default H22a integra, which springs to use?

I have a H22 in my Integra, it still isn't out of the shop yet...but I would like to know which springs or coilovers would be good. I'm thinking CL springs, or Accord springs.....but I'd like the adjustability of coilovers...can anyone shoot me any recomendations?

Thanks

yeah ok????? you could just use integra springs that would be a logical decision.

Call Progress Group, they set up the suspension in our Civic with H22 and it handles very well.

thanks for the replies.....

Integra springs would be a logical decision for an integra w/ an integra motor, but an integra & integra springs, with a heavier prelude motor, is probably not too bright.....generally it is said that a h22a causes understeering....

Thanks, brian, how does the civic ride? does it understeer bad?

Also, did progress recommend a spring that they had, or did they custom something for you?

Id Suggest:

400F\500R with a ITR Rear Sway Bar.

That should cancel out all Understeer...

Integra w\ H22a...Sweet Swap.

I was thinking about that one for a Daily Driver\ Pimp Ride after I finish my hatchback.

Sweet.

The 400 f 500 r and type r sway bar suggestion would be an ok road racing setup but downright dangerous on the street. The oversteer would bite you in the *** when you were trying to avoid an obstacle in some unforseen situation.

Although our setup from Progress was custom, that was only to attain a certain ride height for road racing. On the track and street, the car handled perfectly, very nuetral. A little more oversteer would have been nice on the track, but even so, it was very fast around the track. Everyone says the car pushes with an H22A but honestly it only weighs 75 lbs more than a B18C.

I suggest you call Progress Group, they have off the shelf parts that will make your car handle beter than it does now, even with the H22.
