h22a civic axel vibrations...
this is my situation.
h22a motor, ek chassis, hcp mounts.
axesl are accord jackshaft (90-93) female end.
drivers side axel is a 90-93 integra, passenger is a 90-93 integra with prelude inner.
what i noticed is when i had the car lowered 2 inchs as the car would hit a dip in the pavement my shafts would vibrate.... now when i raised the car to stock height the passenger is fine but not the driver..
my machanic said it was because the prelude cup was longer and the shaft and joint had enough end play so it would bottom out..
but the drivers side has the stock 90-93 inner joint.. so when i hit a dip in the road the driver side is vibarating...
so my question is do you guys sometimes have this issue.. and if not but have a accord inner joint (driver side) from a busted shaft you wanna sell it ?

raised from the dead. any answers on this subject? mine vibrate when i hit a bump in the road, or when i accelerate and it vibrates alot when i make right "curve" turns. ie getting on and off a freeway ramp. some help would be great. thanks

Driver's side axle is binding .... you need a shorter one. What mid shaft are u using?

if u are using the accord intermediate shaft, u have to. or should use the prelude/accord inner.
remember prelude & accord is interchangeable
aaaaaand civic & integra is interchangeable.
accord midshaft w/ prelude inners w/integra shafts.
prelude midshaft w/ custom axles. ie: dss/raxles/gator/hasport .. etc...
oh yah.. Y is this back again? AGAIN?
