You need to be more specific..... what year is the motor? What year and what model is your ECU? W/out that info, we cannot help you out. Also, check out a search in this forum as you'll find lots of Civic wiring threads for both SOHC and DOHC cars (which doesn't really matter... it matters whether your car & swap is OBD-1 or OBD-2)

I would definitely adapt your factory Si harness to the H22A.

It would be the same as adapting any Civic, with extending alternator cables, changing fuel injector plugs, etc.

You, just mainly need to wire up EGR and IAB (although not required), but KS and VTEC is already existant.

I would suggest using an OBD2 P13 or converting to OBD1 with a jumper harness using an OBD1 P13, P72 or chipped P28.

HTH.

yes. just simply adapt the Si harness to the H22. VTEC solenoid and such will plug right up.

Use your harness although you'll have to adapt a few things: intake air temp sensor (put into whatever intake arm you plan on using), distributor wiring (not sure maybe someone can chime in), alternator wiring (either use an OBD2 H series or use an adapter harness), reuse your injectors. As far as ECU you can use an OBD1 P28 chipped for H22 or an OBD1 P13 but know that if emissions testing uses a scanner in your area you'll fail with both these ECU's. The P28 would be better because you won't have to wire up EGR, knock, etc. If you go the OBD2 ECU route you're going to run into more emissions related wiring and additions.
