Default H22a in 92 hatch swap QUESTIONS

I really want to do this swap. I have a 92 Prelude and a 92 hatchback. After putting the H22 in the Prelude, I buoght the hatchback 9 month later. So I want to know what is all involved in doing the swap.
My major concern is the axles and mounts. I don't want to do any welding. The prleude is an automatic but is being race prepped as we speak (micropolished valve body, lighter springs, and 4k stall). Does any body know if the automatic will fit, cause I hear the 5 spd is a tight fit. Is there a company that makes a axle kit for this swap. What kind of suspension upgrade will be needed. What kind of raidator is everyone using. You catch my drift right? I know this is probably one of the hardest swaps but I want to be ready for it. I hate it when I got to spend more money on a project than I intend to spend. (my girl hates it too).

Thanks
