Default H22A in a 92 accord LX wiring problems

Can anyone give me a quick run down on what wiring needs to be added to the accord's LX wiring harness
I've wired the vtec solenoid, vtec ps, bypass control solenoid, ks, converted for internal coil distributor and it still runs really bad.
I don't seem to have an intake control solenoid valve and was wondering if I needed one.
Also the engine came with a small solenoid switch that was connected by vaccum hoses in between the fuel regulator and the intake manifold, I was wondering what that was as well.
My computer is not throwing any codes so at this point I'm lost. Any help would be appreciated.
